What if we first decide to grow and only later adopt a data-based approach?
Many start-ups and organisations are focusing on a "growth-first-strategy". As long as these organisations maintain continuous growth, this does not pose a problem. However, as soon as growth slows or halts, organisations find themselves often stuck in VUCA-conditions, blind without relevant data to help them making good decisions and successfully adapt to changes. In our session we will discuss the importance of data culture and data literacy for organisations and present examples of how it can be improved and established even years after founding.
